John T. Mills, 74, of Old
Castle Lane, died August 8, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center. Funeral
arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later by the Thompson’s
Mortuary, Inc. of Forest City. He is the brother of Ruby Mills of

Ray Everett Goins died Tuesday, May
20th. On Friday, friends will be received at McMahan's Funeral Home in
Rutherfordton between 1 - 2 PM. The funeral will be at 2PM, officiated
by Reverend Donald Hollifield. Following this is the internment at Oak
Springs Baptist Church.

Mrs. Geraldine Evans of Gastonia, passed away on May 16th. The services are on
Wednesday May 21 at Center Baptist Church 3301 South New Hope Rd Gastonia
